FROM: Eleazar M. Kadile, MD
“the No B.S. M.D.”
Dear future “High Triglyceride” Victor,
You’ve been diagnosed with high triglycerides, maybe even high cholesterol – and you are taken aback and dumbfounded.
What’s worse is, most doctors don’t usually reveal how incredibly detrimental high triglycerides can be to your health – because they don’t have enough information.
To be a victor you need to be aware of these alarming facts. Your health depends on it.
Alarming Fact Number 1. High triglyceride levels are extremely dangerous. They are in reality more dangerous than high cholesterol.
The Journal of the American Heart Association has reported:
“high triglycerides are associated with ischemic stroke and transient ischemic attack (TIA)”.
Authorof the AHA report, David Tanne, M.D.,says“To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first to indicate that:
“high triglycerides expose heart disease patients to increased risk for stroke beyond cholesterol.”
In conclusion the main finding of Tanne’s study is that:
“Those with high blood triglycerides (over 200 mg/dl) have nearly a 30% higher risk of suffering a stroke…”
You may have had aggressive treatment for your high cholesterol levels but if your triglycerides are high you will continue to have damage to the artery walls.
Circulation March 24, 1998:97:1028, 1029-36
The authors conclude that blood triglyceride levels were a stronger risk factor than total cholesterol.
Alarming Fact Number 2. Normal triglyceride levels are no longer normal.
What were your fasting triglyceride levels on your last blood test? How high were they?
Less than 150 mg/dl – WAS normal
199 mg/dl – WAS Borderline-High,
499 mg/dl – WAS High,
Greater than 500 mg/dl – WAS Very High.
Your risk is even greater than once thought; what was once “normal” is now too high!
Yes, a new look at the dangers of high triglycerides suggests that “normal” levels may still be too high.
Until now the upper level of triglycerides has been 200 mg/dl, but a recent study from the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore suggests that this recommended upper level is twice as high as it should be.
So what is the new recommended level… Maryland researchers agree that the recommended upper level of triglycerides should be set at 100 mg/dl.
Alarming Fact Number 3 . Even if you have normal cholesterol you can have a heart attack if your triglycerides are too high.
Circulation 1997;96:2520-2525
“High triglycerides alone increased the risk of heart attack nearly three-fold.”
That means…if your triglycerides are above normal YOU are 3x more susceptible to heart attack and stroke right this second!
Yet, it gets worse …people with the highest ratio of triglycerides (TG) to HDL (good cholesterol) had 16 times the risk of heart attack as those with the lowest ratio of triglycerides (TG) to HDL.
Should you be nervous?
Absolutely! Millions of people have high cholesterol, but only a small fraction of them know about triglycerides or even understand why triglycerides are so dangerous. Triglycerides are a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease which kills more than 440,000 Americans each year. Yet, among 2,089 patients surveyed, only 13% were aware of the danger of high triglyceride levels.
Who is to blame?
Most doctors are very aware of guidelines for “good” and “bad” cholesterol. But, Dr. Jerome Cohen, chairman of the National Lipid Association Consumer Affairs stated: “that they (doctors) were less familiar with triglyceride guidelines than with those for “good” and “bad” cholesterol. Consequently…you may never get the message that new findings conclude triglycerides are another type of very dangerous blood fat.
Who will deliver the message?
You and your doctor are seated in an examination room. You are reviewing your recent blood test report. Isn’t this the time to be sure you understand the risks to your health with these high numbers?
The risk of developing cardiovascular disease doubles when your triglyceride levels are above 200 mg/dl.
However your risk quadruples, that is, becomes 4 times higher when your triglycerides are above 200 mg/dl and your “good” (HDL) cholesterol is below 40 mg/dl.
That is why I created this “No B.S. M.D.” website. I am worried in fact I am very worried that we are losing way too many people to cardiovascular disease because they are not being told about triglycerides.
You already know about “good” and “bad” cholesterol…and how important it is to maintain healthy normal blood levels to lower your risk of heart attack and stroke.
Now you’re about to discover how previously “normal” levels of triglycerides are recognized as more dangerous than cholesterol and what you should be doing about it.
Want to change this picture…please read on.
WARNING if you do not take control over your knowledge and your ability to manage your triglyceride levels – you risk SUDDEN DEATH!
Shocking, isn’t it? Here’s an even bigger picture.
Millions of people are fearful of heart disease. In America alone one person dies of heart disease every 44 seconds. For many the first sign is sudden death. This is like a fully loaded jumbo jet crashing each and every day. Should you not be fearful?
Think about it this way…if High Triglycerides put you at 3-16xs more likely to suffer a heart attack – and many heart attacks result in sudden death…don’t you think you and your loved ones NEED to know how to deal with this.
“The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance---it is the illusion of knowledge”
What you think you know – you don’t.
It’s time to stop being cheated and misled by TV ads, medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies that only focus on cholesterol and high priced drugs.
Cholesterol as the primary cause of heart disease has been misinterpreted or misrepresented to the medical community by the drug companies. The issue is not whether you have too much cholesterol… the problem is that you have high triglycerides.
Your first step towards controlling your high triglycerides is understanding the cause
There are thousands of patients who now understand the cause of their high triglyceride levels, are doing something about it and achieving a new level of health. You can too…
In actuality, you can expect a lowering of your high triglyceride levels in 30 to 90 days.
-
without the use of drugs,
-
without frequent visits to your doctors office,
-
without frequent blood test to monitor side effects of drugs
WHEW! What a relief!
After our care, patient #4598:
“Dropped his cholesterol from 305 to 239. His triglycerides went from 339 down to 100 in two months time”.
Knowing first hand what side effects from medications can cause. I started doing research in the natural powers of herbs and natural supplements.
I started looking for a doctor who could treat me with a holistic approach to medicine. In September I made an appointment with Dr. Kadile. Under his care I received nutrition counseling for proper diet. Blood tests and urine samples were taken at regular intervals to monitor progress.
My cholesterol dropped from 305 to 239. My triglycerides have gone from 339 down to 100 in two months time.
Sincerely,
#4598
You don’t even need to be a patient to lower your triglycerides. If you keep reading – you will learn that:
- You can expect to feel better and have an enhanced quality of life.
- You can lower your health care costs and save money if you know the causes and apply the solutions to your dangerously high triglyceride levels.
We have proved this on a daily basis with our patients.
You wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t searching the internet for solutions to your high triglycerides…but, the majority of Google Ads for triglyceride information have been disguised ads by pharmaceutical companies for cholesterol lowering drugs. And there is also an increasing number of advertisement based websites – all focusing on cholesterol.
But cholesterol and triglycerides are not the same thing. Why should you be told otherwise?
Why aren’t you told about the need to treat triglycerides independently?
Simple! TV ads, radio ads, printed advertising have burned the word cholesterol into your brain and doctors have bundled high triglycerides as part of the cholesterol issue. But when have you heard an advertisement for triglycerides? You haven’t!
Why not? Because there is no single specific drug that effectively lowers triglycerides. In fact, a Pub Med search revealed no successful specific mono-therapy to lower triglycerides. And, if there is no drug then there is no money to be made, therefore, no money to be spent on informing you.
There are no drug reps knocking on doctor’s doors handling out literature and samples for the newest triglyceride lowering drug. So your doctor isn’t really in a position to help either.
How would you feel if your doctor said: “You have this high risk, life threatening issue – but there is nothing to help you with it?” You would feel discouraged, vulnerable and left in the dark wondering what to do next.
The number of people with High Triglycerides is growing at epidemic rates. You are among them and I want to help.

High Triglycerides - Diet Connection
Increased insulin levels will increase your triglyceride and cholesterol levels and threaten your health.
“Your food is as powerful as a drug” and simple straight forward changes in your diet can save your life.
Insulin is a hormone that affects just almost every cell in the body. It is important! Not just for diabetics and those with insulin resistance…it is critical to everyone’s health.
While it is essential to life…it can be the “devil in disguise” when the body responds to it in an abnormal way. Elevated insulin levels:
Store your extra calories as fat
-
Make you constantly hungry
-
Put a stop to losing weight
-
Cause inflammation in your fat cells
-
Raise your triglycerides and your cholesterol
Simply put excess insulin is a primary cause for many health risk factors. It is the primary cause of your high triglycerides. This may be single most life-saving piece of information in this entire message.
While drug companies are making $10 billion a year by selling you “statins” they are not solving the problem. They are not telling you to reduce your insulin levels and dramatically cut your risk of death from heart attack and stroke. Why? Drug companies cannot make money by giving you that information.
But, you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you find that there is no extra money to be spent to lower your insulin levels when you subscribe to the No B.S. M.D. Mini Course. In fact, just cutting out some of the over priced, sugar filled, make you hungry foods from your diet will lower your triglycerides, save you money and may save your life.
Remember this… increased insulin levels will increase your triglyceride levels - your diet is the answer.
Tame your insulin levels to lower your triglycerides
The “NO B.S. M.D. report will give you the straight forward easy to follow guidelines that will tame your insulin levels at your very next meal.

High Triglycerides - High Blood Pressure Connection
“The Silent Killer”
Triglyceride levels parallel insulin levels and excess insulin causes high blood pressure. Control of elevated insulin can be effectively done by controlling the carbohydrates in your diet. Sounds simple doesn’t it. Then why is heart disease the number one killer in this country?
60 Million or more Americans have it and 35% don’t even realize it.
High blood pressure or hypertension “the silent killer” also has no symptoms.
Yet high blood pressure means you heart is working harder than it should be. This puts your heart and your arteries at greater stress. This contributes to heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, Alzheimer’s and a host of other diseases.
Because it has no symptoms you may not know anything is wrong till you have your blood pressure checked. You know it will be high because of the “white coat syndrome”, but what is it like at other times of the day?
Your blood pressure changes from moment to moment as you go about your daily life. High blood pressure doesn’t necessarily mean you’re tense, nervous, hyperactive or have a Type A personality. You can be a calm, relaxed person and still have the problem.
What is the one thing that changes many times in your day and affect your blood pressure…you’re right, your diet. As you change your carbohydrate intake from meal to meal you can change the effect on your blood sugars which in turn changes your insulin which in turn affects your triglycerides which in turn raises or lowers your blood pressure and the circle continues.
After our care, patient # 4671 said:
“In just one week my blood pressure was normal. My wife and I were in shock.”
John, a 53 year old man came for a consultation to our office. He had a heart attack and underwent multiple by-pass surgery several months earlier. He and his wife made a complete lifestyle change. There wasn’t a known drop of fat in his diet and there was very little protein. What was left to eat…a low fat high carbohydrate regimen. They prepared every part of their diet with great vigilance.. After all they were told the AHA Diet was the lifesaving program for John.
The problem was John was on 3 or 4 blood pressure medications and his blood pressures were still too high. So were his blood glucose levels and his triglyceride levels despite the fact that John was not overweight. We sat down to talk about the connection between his blood pressure and glucose. No talking would persuade them to consider changing their diet, till his blood pressure continued to rise. Finally they conceded to trying a low carbohydrate diet for one week. In just one week John’s blood pressure was normal. They were in shock!
John was so convinced that the AHA Diet (low fat high carbohydrate) would save his life he refused to consider another approach even though his blood pressure continued to be out of control.
This is not new information way back in 1985, Dr. Gerald Raven, a distinguished Stanford professor, showed that hypertension or high blood pressure is intimately related to high insulin levels.
Has your doctor talked with you about the diet – blood pressure connection ? Has he talked you about the role of insulin in managing your blood pressure or has he just written you another prescription.
After our care, patient #4374 said:
They found that “after replacing deficient vitamins and minerals” in their bodies along with several “natural” products, they were finally “in better shape now and healthier than ever”.
My wife and I are firm believers in natural approaches to medicine. Because it works! Over the years we have tried many different drugs from our doctors, only to find very unhealthful side-effects, and no cure. Once the drugs were lessened, or stopped, the symptoms returned. Many times drugs only suppress, and cover-up the real problems.
My wife and I have both been taken off all drug medication including high blood pressure pills. We found that replacing deficient vitamins and minerals in our bodies along with several natural products, we are in better shape now and healthier than ever.
Sincerely,
#4374
